Refund policy

We want you to love our handcrafted products If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Online Return

1. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please use our Self-Serve Return Portal:

  • Go to account and sign-in using your Email Address. You will receive a 6 digit log code via email. 
  • Select the order and the items you wish to return.
  • Provide a reason for the return and click Submit.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Tags: All original tags must still be attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must have the digital receipt or order number from your confirmation email.

3. The Return Process

  • Approval: Once you submit your request, we will review it within 48 hours.
  • Pickup: Upon approval, we will schedule a pickup via our courier partner. You will receive an email with instructions on how to prepare your package.
  • Manual Shipping: Please do not send items back to our studio without an approved return request, as these cannot be processed.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Prepaid Orders: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you via WhatsApp/Email for your UPI ID or Bank Details to issue a manual transfer.

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover all shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
  • Change of Mind: For all other returns, a flat ₹50 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
